Addwel LLC has refinanced 201 Edward Curry Avenue in Staten Island, N.Y., with a $15 million, non-recourse loan from Bethpage Federal Credit Union.
Eastern Union Funding Senior Managing Director Meir Kessner arranged the financing on behalf of the private borrowing entity, which occupies 40 percent of the three-story, 82,528 s/f, Class A office building.
Built in 2001, 201 Edward Curry Avenue is situated on approximately two acres and lists ADCO Electric, IDB Bank, TCE Insurance Services, and Vaslas Lepowsky Hauss & Danke, LLP among its tenants.
