DTZ has been selected to market Roszel Square, located at 21 Roszel Road in Princeton, NJ, on behalf of Gottesman Real Estate Partners (GREP) and Mountain Development.
The new Class A office building is among the first in New Jersey to open in 2015 and was delivered on schedule to prominent law firm Hill Wallack.
Roszel Square is located in the heart of the Route 1/Alexander Road corridor, adjacent to Carnegie Center in West Windsor.
Roszel Square broke ground on phase one of two buildings within the complex in January of 2014. Milt Charbonneau of DTZ represents the development team in the marketing of additional available space on the first floor as well as another 38,000 s/f, ready-to-build pad adjacent to the building.
Hill Wallack LLP now occupies 48,000 s/f in the new, three-story building with a cutting-edge office environment and state-of-the-art interiors. The firm also now has a full-generator back-up power supply to keep the firm and its clients working through any weather or power challenge.
