Sometimes, second works out for the best —just ask Chris Webb.

When the Realty Collective agent’s client was outbid on a two-family Crown Heights house he was selling, the found them a a four-family in the neighborhood for the same price.

Now he’s helping her rent the units in the home and keeping his eyes open for other investments.
