Halstead’s Brian Lewis had an abracadabra moment selling an Upper West Side co-op.
He listed the Classic Seven at the landmarked Schwartz and Gross-designed boutique building known as the Kelmscottat at 316 West 79th Street at $2.35 million.
And he sold it within two weeks for $2.4 million.
