Cushman & Wakefield has acquired Integrity Consulting Group, a Manhattan-based project management consulting firm.
The founder of Integrity Consulting Group, Richard Jantz will now lead Cs Project & Development Services (PDS) group for the Tri-State Region as an executive managing director and report directly to New York president John Santora.
“This acquisition will significantly enhance our best-in-class capabilities in the region, and we’re looking forward to Richard’s leadership to further develop our project management and development platform,” said Santora.
A trained architect, Richard Jantz brings 20 years of commercial real estate project management experience to his new role at Cushman & Wakefield.
Before founding his own firm with his wife, Leslie Jantz, Richard worked as a senior vice president at JLL, where he led the renovation of Madison Square Garden.
Earlier, he was with Quartararo & Associates, and he led the team that constructed Time Warner Center condominium and tower.
