The CPEX New York Retail Leasing Team has completed eight lease transactions across Brooklyn and Queens.

The team, featuring Ryan Condren, Kristina Triglia and George Danut, represented the landlord in negotiating each of the lease agreements.
CPEX completed three of the deals, two of which are located in Sheepshead Bay, with Sprint for a total of 4,435 s/f. The agreements are for space at 479 5th Avenue in Park Slope, 1610 Sheepshead Bay Road and 3827 Nostrand Avenue in Sheepshead Bay.
CPEX leased the landmarked building at 76 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights to Friend of a Farmer. The Manhattan brunch locale will occupy 3,800 s/f on the first and second floors. At 71 Hoyt Street, a 450 s/f ground floor retail space will be Oaxaca Taqueria.
At 514 86th Street in Bay Ridge, Huntington Learning Center will offer exam preparation and tutoring sessions to students out of its new 1,750 s/f location.
CPEX’s Retail Leasing Team also completed two leases in Queens.
Advance Auto Parts will open a new location at 221-06 Merrick Boulevard with a lease agreement for nearly 7,000 s/f of commercial space.
On Myrtle Avenue, between Centre and Weirfield Streets, Ridgewood Ale House will open a 3,700 s/f space for its first location.
