Coldwell Banker Reliable has a new office opening in Harlem, after serving the Harlem community for years, but without a physical storefront in Manhattan.
Coldwell Banker Reliable has been serving Brooklyn for over a decade, with existing offices in Bay Ridge, Bedford-Stuyvesant and Bensonhurst.
The move comes at a time when New Yorkers have a renewed interest in Harlem. Over the past year, market trends indicate a five percent increase in median home sales price in the neighborhood.
Many Coldwell affiliated agents already live in Harlem.
