Howard L. Michaels, chairman of the Carlton Group, and Javier Beltran, managing director of Carlton Iberia (Spain and Portugal), have announced the sale of Nuevo Centro Car Park, in Valencia, Spain.
With nearly 2,700 parking spaces and a built area of over 74,300 square meters, the car park is one of the largest off-street parking garages in the country.
The seller is Nereida Mediterranea and the buyer is a Spanish company operating large car parks.
The sale is one of the three largest singular private car park sales closed in Spain in the last two decades, said Michaels.
The Carlton Group Iberia was the sole financial and real estate advisor to the seller and also accessed the buyer on this landmark transaction.
