Dylan’s Candy Bar signed a 10-year lease for a 3,300 s/f space at 33 Union Square West.
The retail space in the mixed use building was on the market for four months with an asking rent of $545 psf ($150,000 per month).
Representing the tenant in the transaction was Peter Whitenack of RKF.
The landlord, United American Land, was represented by City Connections Realty retail team, Steve Asch and Cara Rosenbloom.
