Caliber Associates Inc. residential real estate brokerage firm announced the relocation and expansion of its corporate headquarters.
The new office is still located in Midtown East at 211 East 43 Street, moving from Suite 711 to 901 . Along with two other offices, Midtown West and Flatiron, the company said it expects to grow rapidly in the years ahead.
A spokesman for the company said Calider needed additional space to accommodate growth in demand for the firm’s services. The company has more than doubled its square footage and pool of agents has expanded from 80 to over 120 real estate professionals.
