Today, BRP Companies announced the topping out at 90Ninety, a 614-unit, mixed-income residential development located at 166-20 90th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. The project’s construction is being led by Skycore Builders and completion is expected in July 2025.

90Ninety is slated to deliver 614 residential units upon completion, a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences, with 185 units available to residents earning 80 percent and 130 percent of the area median income (AMI).
The property’s 15,000 square feet of shared resident amenity spaces will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop lounge and resident lounge, co-working spaces, and outdoor courtyard and green spaces, a half basketball court, a children’s playroom, pet facilities and an attended lobby. Additionally, 90Ninety offers 25,000 square feet of space designated for retail operations as well as 5,000 square feet of community facility spaces located on the ground floor of the building.
Leasing at 90Ninety is projected to commence in Fall 2024.
