Brookfield Property Partners boss Ric Clark told the Young Men’s Women’s Real Estate Association that the real estate giant could soon offer micro unit office options with community space within its portfolio. Clark was the guest speaker at the YMWREA April luncheon and spoke about some of the company’s acquisitions and strategies, focusing his discussion on their office business, investment in retail, industrial warehouse and on their newly acquired self-storage business, Simply Self Storage. He said Brookfieldʼs next big project will be a focus on Manhattan West and told the group that “co-working” is here to stay and that Brookfield is looking into offering micro units within the next 12 months.
