Wendy J. Sarasohn, Jamie Joseph and Tania Isacoff hosted dozens of their colleagues at a private beer tasting at their new listing at 265 Bowery. Listed for $3.75 million, this historic loft was once Sammy’s Bowery Follies, a well-known burlesque house which opened in 1934 (a year after prohibition ended) entertaining patrons including John F. Kennedy and Jimmy Durante.
