The property is located within one block of The Wythe Hotel, Brooklyn Bowl, Brooklyn Brewery and Kinfolk.

There are three new hotel developments and a 400,000 s/f creative office building development all within a block of the property. Smorgasburg and Brooklyn Flea are located across the street in the Bushwick Inlet Park, which contribute to excellent foot traffic.

“Located in a prime area of Williamsburg, The retail at 55-59 Kent Avenu offers an incredible opportunity for a national retailer to open a flagship location in Brooklyn,” said Alan Shmaruk principal of The Manhattes Group, who along with Michael Sherman are marketing the property.

“The property is also well suited towards a variety of other users including galleries, showrooms, restaurants and fitness users.”
