Breslin subsidiary, Garden Realty Management, LLC, has secured another property management assignment for a 100,000 s/f shopping center in Baldwin.
The center, anchored by a national supermarket, has one vacancy.
The vacant space is 12,000 s/f, and the owner is willing to divide the space for the right user.
According to Bob Rosenberg, director of property management, the space would be suitable for a large retailer, a restaurant, or a walk-in medical provider.
For over 60 years, Breslin Realty has brought high-quality commercial development to Long Island.
The company, which in its history has managed millions of square feet of space, has recently begun offering the same property management services and lease negotiation expertise to other property owners, both for commercial and residential properties.
“We have case histories that show that it makes more sense for property owners to let Breslin, the experts at what we do, manage and protect their investments to save time and money,” Rosenberg said.
