Between the Living room and the kitchen is a den or library and the kitchen was crafted by Smallbone of Devises of London. 535 West End Avenue was designed by architect Lucien Lagrange. Amenities include a garage with valet parking, common courtyard, party room with catering kitchen, gym, a game room with billiards and a heated indoor swimming pool .
