Whitmans – the independently owned East Village restaurant known for its specialty crafted burgers – will open its newest location at Relatedʼs Hudson Square’s luxury rental building 261 Hudson.
Slated to open this Fall, Whitmans’ fifth location will feature counter service, a full bar and dining room.
The menu will include Whitmans’ award-winning Juicy Lucy – a combination of two thin beef patties pinched together surrounding a scoop of pimento cheddar – considered one of the best burgers in all of New York City. Whitmans’ Hudson Square location will comprise a 2,400 s/f retail space with 75 feet of frontage on Hudson Street.
