Broadway star Tommy Tune’s Gramercy Park co-op has sold for $1.82 million, according to public records.

The one-bedroom unit in 222 Park Avenue has been on the market since February of 2011, and was listed with Corcoran brokers Deborah Grubman and David Dubin for $2.2 million.
The loft features 11 ft. beamed ceilings, an open chef’s kitchen and a gas fireplace.
Tune bought the property in 2005 for $1.65 million. The 6 ft. 6 ins. 73-year-old dancer, director and choreographer has won nine Tony Awards and the National Medal of Arts.
