The Association of Women Accountants in Real Estate (AWA+RE), hosted their first event of 2013, a forum with a focus on career advancement and networking. The Chinese New Year themed event was held at the World Trade Center Marketing Center, overlooking the WTC construction site and 9/11 memorial, where networking was facilitated by an icebreaker game. The Chinese New Year theme was evident in the décor, as well as the appetizers and specialty ice tea served. Attendees formed groups, submitting career advancement related questions for the panel discussion.
