Avison Young today announced that it has been selected by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation to serve as the exclusive leasing agent for 7 and 9 Campus Drive, two office buildings within the Mack-Cali Business Campus in Parsippany, N.J.
The Avison Young team leading the assignment includes Jeffrey L. Heller, Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s New Jersey office; William E. McCaffrey, Principal and Executive Vice-President; Patrick R. Eichner, Senior Vice-President; and Peter C. Hedley,a Vice-President in Avison Young’s New Jersey office.
The team will be working closely with Mack-Cali’s leasing team, comprising Diane Chayes, Senior Vice President of Leasing; Jim Nugent, Senior Director of Leasing; and Brian Golden, Director of Leasing.

Totaling 154,395 square feet, Mack-Cali recently completed a series of renovations to the three-story building at 7 Campus Drive, including lobby updates with stainless steel, granite and wood finishes.
The four-story, 156,495-square-foot 9 Campus Drive features space options with windowed offices. The lobby and common areas were recently renovated with new ceiling, carpeting, lighting, granite finishes in elevators and a touch-screen directory. On-site building amenities include a full-service cafeteria.
With 17 class A office buildings on 600-acres, Mack-Cali Business Campus is located directly off I-287 and offers executive parking, a Hampton Inn, Hilton and a Residence Inn hotels. There is also a dry cleaners, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, conferencing facilities, and a childcare center offering free registration to tenants.
