SL Green Realty Corp announced that P. Schoenfeld Asset Management L.P., a global alternative asset manager, has renewed and expanded its lease for 10 years at 1350 Avenue of the Americas.
Taking on an additional 5,347 s/f, P. Schoenfeld now occupies a total of 25,854 s/f.
“P. Schoenfeld is very highly regarded and we are proud that they have chosen to grow with us,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green.
The tenant was represented by jointly by Alexander Chudnoff of Jones Lang LaSalle and Steven Bauer of Cushman & Wakefield. Howard J. Tenenbaum and Gary M. Rosen acted in-house on behalf of SL Green.
Other tenants in the building include Highbridge Central Management, Amazon and Rothstein Kass.
