The Dermot Company just announced that leasing has started at Arabella 101, a new rental building at 101 Avenue D in the East Village.
The 12-story building, designed by Cutsogeorge Tooman & Allen Architects, offers 78 affordable and market-rate rental apartments and is on track to receive LEED gold certification.
“High-quality apartment finishes, top-notch amenities and proximity to great East Village restaurants and bars make Arabella 101 an unbeatable value,” said Wayne McClanahan, who is leading the in-house leasing efforts.
Arabella 101 includes a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments on the building’s upper nine floors. they have “gourmet kitchens” and many also have terraces or balconies.
Units have tenant-controlled air conditioning and heat and video intercoms.
On-site amenities include a gym, game room, laundry facilities, bike storage, and a landscaped roof deck. Rents start at $2,400 per month for studios and $2,950 per month for one-bedrooms.
