Move-ins underway at Aurum

Aurum, a new full-service condominium in Central Harlem, has released photos of its new, two-bedroom model home.
The Krantz + Krantz Team from Halstead Property Development Marketing is handling the sales.
The two-bedroom, two-bath condos start at $956,000. Features include white oak, wide plank wood flooring, stainless steel Energy Star appliances, in-unit washers and exterior vented dryers, as well as high-efficiency double paned windows with trickle vents. Select residences also include private outdoor space.
Located at 2231 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, the eight-story building is over 70 percent sold.
Aurum was developed by New York-based BRP Companies with a variety of luxury amenities including a 24-hour attended lobby, roof deck, gym, lounge, and bike room.

The property has received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) and closings and move-ins have started.

Evan Shaffer of Douglas Elliman is bringing Ivy Park, a boutique new development, to market this month.

Closings are underway at 20 East End Avenue, the building designed inside and out by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

Stern has called it his “most intricate boutique residential building in New York to date.”
