Extell Development Company hosted a private event last week to unveil its newest luxury rental building, 555TEN, set at the nexus of Hell’s Kitchen and the Hudson Yards neighborhood. Standing nearly 650 feet tall, 555TEN features 598 apartments across 52-stories designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by McGinley Design. To celebrate the official launch of leasing, brokers and guests enjoyed an exclusive tour of the grand lobby and full floor amenity space. Also unveiled at the event were four model homes designed by Lillian August and Paris Forino. The residences include lofts, one, two and three bedroom layouts.
