Faith Hope Consolo, the chairman of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group, has just unveiled the retail space at 345 Fifth Avenue in Midtown.
The space, which faces the Empire State Building, is a three-story glass storefront with 60 feet of frontage on Fifth Avenue. The space also contains 22,000 s/f of space and 16-foot ceilings on the ground floor.
“This is the first time this space is available in 50 years. It was three stores. Now we put the space together,” Consolo told Real Estate Weekly.
“Our vision here is for a brand store, something very special. So I think we have a winning formula here and we’re very excited.”
