William Macklowe Company recently broke ground for 21E12, a a 22-story residential project in the heart of Greenwich Village. Developed by Macklowe in partnership with Goldman Sachs, the 52-unit building was designed by Selldorf Architects. Residences range in size from one-to-four bedrooms and there will be a select number of townhomes and penthouses.
