Meridian Capital announced the following transactions:

  • A new mortgage of $1,080,000 was placed by Meridian on a three-story, six-unit multifamily property located on Diamond Street in Brooklyn, NY. The loan features a rate of 2.88% and a three-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Morris Diamant and Mendy Spielman.
  • New mortgages totaling $32,600,000 on seven multifamily properties composed of 241 units located on Ocean Avenue, Benson Avenue, Ocean Parkway, East 16th Street, 20th Avenue, 59th Street and 85th Street in Brooklyn, NY. The loans feature rates of 3.13% and five-year terms. Morris Diamant and Jacob Rochlitz negotiated these transactions.
  • New mortgages totaling $13,400,000 were placed on two multifamily properties composed of 94 units located on West 137th Street and Fort George Avenue in New York, NY. The loans feature rates of 3.13% and five-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by Chaim Tessler and Marvin Jeremias.
