Winick Realty Group NJ senior vice president and founding partner Tyler Bennett announced that the company has been appointed the exclusive broker for three retail properties on behalf of H. Hovnanian Industries.
Bennett is representing 470,000 s/f on behalf of the landlord, which includes 420,000 s/f of retail at Bellcrest Plaza and Manchester Plaza and approximately 50,000 s/f of proposed space at the new St. Catherine Plaza.

“We are thrilled to be representing so many of New Jersey’s highest-performing retail sites on behalf of one of the area’s top landlords,” said Bennett, who is marketing the spaces with his associate Gary Krauss.

“We look forward to the opportunity to enhance these shopping centers with high-quality tenants who will serve the unique needs of each area’s shopping population.”

Bennett is exclusively marketing various retail spaces in an effort to reposition The New Bellcrest Plaza, a 106,000 s/f neighborhood center in Toms River, NJ.

In Manchester, Bennett represents 307,000 s/f of retail at Manchester Plaza, located on Route 70 and Colonial Drive. Anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement Center and Shop Rite, one of the highest-volume grocery stores in the county, this is the dominant shopping center in the trade area. In-line retail space and a pad site are available for brands looking to join co-tenants including Chase Bank and Applebee’s.

Rounding out the Hov portfolio is the new St. Catherine Plaza, in Toms River, NJ. Bennett is currently pre-leasing the center, which sits at the entrance of Holiday City, a retirement community of more than 8,500 homes and 12,000 residents.
