Jarret Cohen, former head of private real estate at Fir Tree Partners, has formed a new real estate investment firm named Jadian Capital, LLC.

 Jadian Capital, an alternative investment firm, announced the closing of its first fund, Jadian Real Estate Fund I, with over $650 million of commitments.
