• Quicksilver, Inc., a leader in surf and snowboard clothing has renewed its 3,600 s/f lease.
• Jacobson Group, the parent company of Gola, a men’s casual footwear company, has renewed and expanded its space within the property to an 1,800 s/f showroom on the 14th floor. The UK-based company began its US presence with space in the building’s deluxe co-working environment Space530. Brett Zelner of Lee & Associates represented Jacobson Group in the transaction.
• Trixxi Clothing Company LLC, a Los Angeles based clothing company known for its trendy dresses and sportswear for women, expanded its 3,400 s/f space in the building last year to the adjacent 1,700 s/f space for a short term trial period. Due to the continued success the brand has been experiencing, they have extended the lease term for the expanded space.

Pliskin Realty & Development announced that Michael DiBella served as the exclusive broker on 1,600 s/f retail space at 27 Rockaway Avenue in Valley Stream. It is a ten-year lease with one five-year option. The landlord is Montrigo Properties, LLC and the new tenant is Royal Charms, Inc., a full-service event studio providing complete planning, event décor, coordination, custom stationery products and custom bridal jewelry.

CBRE Group completed two lease renewals at 700 Alexander Park in Princeton. The team of Carolyn

Sica, senior vice president, and Adam Englander, first vice president, who serve as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the property, represented owner Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT), a real estate equity fund, and its real estate advisor, Bentall Kennedy, in both transactions. Robert Coulman, vice president, at Bentall Kennedy, serves as asset manager of 700 Alexander Park on behalf of MEPT.
• The firm facilitated the deals with a Fortune 100 company tenant and with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC, a prominent national law firm and lobbying group with offices in 19 cities.Both companies have committed to an additional five-year term at the property, bringing Buchanan’s total lease span to 19 years and the Fortune 100 tenant’s total lease term to 12 years.

Colliers International has arranged a corporate headquarters relocation and expansion with global clinical trial transparency and compliance solutions provider TrialScope, Inc. subleasing 11,807 s/f at Harborside Plaza 5. TrialScope will relocate within Jersey City to occupy their space on the 29th floor at Mack-Cali Realty Corp.’s 34-story office building. The company is subletting its office space from property, casualty, and specialty insurance provider, Torus Insurance. Nick Hilton, of CBRE, represented the sub-landlord, Torus Insurance. Tom Savoca represented Mack-Cali in-house.

NAI Hanson facilitated the lease of 13,000 s/f at 60 Saddle River Avenue in South Hackensack. Senior Vice Presidents Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR and Tom Vetter, SIOR, of NAI Hanson, marketed the space and managed the transaction on behalf of the industrial property’s owner, Safer Development and Management, Inc. The new tenant, Durkan Fencing Academy, leased the space in order to take advantage of the facility’s prime location, approximately two miles from the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 80.

Origins Healthcare Solutions — which provides revenue cycle management/medical billing, healthcare analytics, and transcription services — will remain in its full, third-floor space at the Class-A office building.
