ABS Partners secured a 7-year, 3,602 s/f expansion lease at 8 West 38th Street for Long Tail Ad Solutions, bringing the company’s total space in the building to 15,352 s/f.
The video-solutions provider, known for creating the web’s most popular online video player, was represented by Scott Brown of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

“Within six months of leasing nearly 12,000 square feet of space at 8 West 38th Street, Long Tail decided it needed additional space and wanted to commit to roughly 30 percent more than what it currently had in the building,” said Zimmerman.
“The company liked the property and loved the convenient location near both Bryant Park and Grand Central. They wanted to remain in the area long term but were growing at a quick pace, so when availability opened on the ninth floor, they immediately leased it.
“The open layout of the space, additional conference room and modern pantry perfectly fit the needs of Long Tail, too.”
