Eastern Consolidated has been retained as the exclusive retail leasing agent for Proper Puss, a waxing salon based in Ithaca, NY, which is beginning its expansion throughout the New York City metro area.
The waxing salon – which provides waxing, eyelash, lip, and brow treatments for both men and women – is looking to add new locations in Manhattan, particularly to the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, West Village, East Village, and Chelsea.
The salon is looking for “multiple” city locations
“This waxing salon has flourished in Ithaca and we look forward to finding multiple, ideal locations for the retailer as they continue to grow,” said Ravi Idnani, Associate Director of the Retail Leasing Division for Eastern Consolidated, who exclusively represents Proper Puss along with Senior Director James Famularo.
An ideal retail space for Proper Puss would range from 600–1,200 square feet.
