Cushman & Wakefield announced that TF Cornerstone has appointed the real estate firm to serve as exclusive retail agent for 645 Madison Avenue.
The property is located on the southeast corner of 60th Street, which is one of the best intersections in the Madison Avenue retail district. The building offers 190 feet of wrap around frontage and approximately 40,000 square feet of space over multiple levels.
Joanne Podell and Andrew Kahn are the retail agents for the building.

The new retail tenant at 645 Madison Avenue will join a host of other national and global brands in the area, including Barneys New York, Hermes, Graff, Chopard, Michael Kors, Tods, Coach, Tourneau, and the soon to open Fendi flagship.
