CBRE Group, Inc. announced that it represented BetterCloud, one of New York City’s fastest-growing technology companies, in the company’s 12,500 s/f relocation to 330 Seventh Avenue, in a long-term office lease.

CBRE’s Arkady Smolyansky and Roshan Shah represented BetterCloud in the Midtown South transaction.
BetterCloud, which provides security and management solutions for IT professionals operating on the Google Apps platform, is moving from 299 Broadway and will occupy the entire 14th floor at 330 Seventh Avenue.
Smolyansky and Shah secured the new space for BetterCloud prior to the floor ever coming on the market. In relocating from 299 Broadway, BetterCloud will more than quadruple the size of their New York office presence.
Situated between 28th and 29th streets, 330 Seventh Avenue is in Midtown South’s popular TAMI tenant area, providing the ideal solution for all of BetterCloud’s location, office environment and future growth needs.
“Given the limited availability in Midtown South right now, 330 Seventh offers tremendous flexibility for BetterCloud as their business continues to grow rapidly,” said Smolyansky.
In negotiating the transaction, the CBRE team used their experience with the building and the landlord, Super Nova 330 LLC, to their client’s advantage.
The transaction marks Smolyansky’s fourth deal at 330 Seventh Avenue.
