RKF has been named the exclusive retail leasing agent for 10,519 s/f of retail space within Pathmark Plaza at 375-417 Route 17 South in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Pathmark Plaza is situated at the junction of Route 17 South and I-80 at the Summit Avenue Interchange with direct access from Route 17 South and West Pleasant View Avenue.
The retail space RKF is marketing consists of a 6,559 s/f freestanding pad, which can be divided into two units of 2,500 and 4,059 s/f, and two in-line spaces of 3,000 and 960 s/f. The 80,000 s/f center is anchored by a Pathmark grocery store.
The RKF leasing team of senior managing director Glenn Beyer and associate Alana Friedman recently launched their marketing effort on behalf of the owner, 17 & Summit Associates, L.P.
