
RFR Realty announced three new office leases totaling 14,093 s/f at 17 State Street.
Technology staffing firm Andiamo Partners signed a new lease for 6,668 s/f. The firm was represented in the lease by Oliver Petrovic of Savills Studley.
Hanover Insurance, represented by Stephen Bellwood of Cassidy Turley, renewed for 6,474 s/f of space.
And the Law Offices of Lynne Newkofsky, a boutique immigration law firm, renewed for 951 s/f of space in the building.
“These recent 17 State Street leases demonstrate the allure downtown and this building holds for tenants,” said AJ Camhi, who represented RFR in the transactions along with Steve Morrows and Ryan Silverman.
The leases come on the heels leases by software company IPsoft, which took 97,955 s/f, and law firm Bressler, Amery & Ross which took 23,033 s/f.
In all, 17 State Street has had 200,000 s/f of leasing activity in the past 12 months.
