GFP Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce that RGB Systems Inc. (d.b.a.) Extron Electronics, an Anaheim, California-based manufacturer of professional audiovisual equipment, control systems and has signed a five-year lease extension for its existing 4,100 square feet on the 8th floor of 247 West 37th Street in the Garment District.
Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, and the tenant, RGB Systems Inc. (d.b.a.) Extron Electronics in this direct transaction. Extron, which operates more than 30 offices worldwide, first moved into the building in 2012 and will continue to use the space for its general and executive offices.
247 West 37th Street was designed by the architectural firm of Gronenberg & Leuchtag and built by the Bricken Construction Company in 1924, and so was originally known as the Bricken Centre Building.
