Onex Real Estate Partners held a sales launch event for The Grand at Sky View Parc for brokerage firms across New York City, showcasing the elevated level of luxury offerings available at the first tower, Grand One. The event took place on the heels of a highly successful exclusive preview event held a few weeks prior, where 120 units, nearly half of the number of homes within Grand One, sold in under six hours. Hosted in Onex’s pop-up sales gallery, located on Sky View Parc’s 4-acre rooftop amenity space, brokers sampled hor d’oeuvres while viewing scaled models, renderings and floor plans of Flushing’s newest residential project. Grand One will be the first of three luxury towers to be built as part of The Grand at Sky View Parc, the second phase of Onex’s Sky View Parc, which will bring an additional 800 homes and amenities to this mixed-use project.
