Greyston House opens uptown

Halstead Property Development Marketing (HPDM) announced that sales have launched at Greyston House, a pre-war residential condominium conversion located at 540 West 149th Street in Hamilton Heights, Manhattan.

Originally constructed in 1899, the historic turn-of-the-century brownstone has been meticulously transformed by JAM Equities into a limited collection of four modern private residences, each with outdoor space.

Pricing ranges from approximately $499,000 to $699,000.
Occupancy is scheduled for early fall 2013.

THE 101 transformation complete

Stonehenge Partners has a reputation for setting trends within the residential real estate market in New York City and its most recent opening is proving the company is still ahead of the game.
Formerly housing for St. Vincent Hospital’s staff, Stonehenge has dramatically transformed 101W15 (also known as THE 101) into a six-story, fully renovated 200,000-sq-foot mixed-use building in the heart of Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.
THE 101, which officially opened its doors for residents on July 1st, is community-like where life is enhanced by luxury offerings, cultural events and entertainment activities to give residents a one-of-a-kind social-living experience.
To compete with the already existing promotions many properties in the city offer, upon signing a lease, residents of the 160-unit building will be given services that include Feng Shui guidance, a residential dog walker (complimentary for the first week of move-in), beauty and spa services, at home certified massages, and regular deliveries of organic cold pressed juices and cleanses to your doorstep.
