MAST Construction Services is serving as the construction manager for the fourth phase of Berry Lane, one of New Jersey’s most high profile public park projects.
Situated at 1 Berry Road in Jersey City, the 17.5-acre park is undergoing a conversion from a brownfield site, previously home to industrial yards, facilities and warehouses, into recreational space.
The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency has engaged MAST to oversee the fourth phase of construction, which includes a pavilion, two basketball courts, two tennis courts, a fitness area, children’s playground, baseball field, synthetic turf field and a water play park.
