Manhattan brokers turned out in force for the unveiling of interior designer Mariette Himes Gomez’s new Tower two-bedroom model at 515 East 72, the luxury condominium overlooking the East River. The brokers also watched Cipriani’s executive chef Christian Di Matteo demonstrate the making of Risotto Alla Primavera after which they enjoyed a tasting. Elaine Diratz, a Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group Managing Director, noted the Tower Residences are located on floors 32-40. A limited number of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences are still available, prices starting at $1,680,000.
