David Levy, principal, represented the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, and the tenant in the transaction. Asking rent was $42 psf. Cameo Public Relations plans to use this space for general and executive offices.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 5,100 s/f long-term sublease of the entire one-story building at 226 North 6th Street in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, NY, for a photography studio to be run by well-known industry veteran Melos, LLC. Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler represented the sub-tenant, Melos LLC, while Michael Bushkanets, also of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, represented the master tenant Josh Franklin in the deal.

Racanelli Realty Services Inc. co-brokered a lease with Ralph Guiffre, vice president of CBRE, Inc. for a 10,000 s/f office space located at 100 Quentin Roosevelt Boulevard in Garden City, NY. Racanelli represented the tenant, Miller & Milone, P.C., a law firm. CBRE represented the property owner, Serota Properties. Miller & Milone relocated from their former location on Nassau Boulevard in Garden City, NY.

Fidelco Realty Group and Hanini Group announced that Krauszer’s Food Stores, a convenience grocery store, entered the Newark market by signing a lease for 15 years and 2,300 s/f at the Madison building at 216 Market Street, part of the RockPlaza Lofts redevelopment. The store is the first of several planned for Krauszer’s as part of its growth strategy in Newark. Christian Benedetto and Ed Flanagan of Hopkins Sampson & Brown Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC were the sole brokers in the transaction.

TCN Worldwide announced four more tenants have signed leases at the rebuilt Sea Girt Square shopping center. The new tenants are Sprint, Drishti Power Yoga, Learning Express Toys and The Little Gym. The shopping center is now 86 percent leased. Sea Girt Square is located at 2100 Route 35, Wall Township. An additional 12,000 s/f office building located on the property remains to be leased. The building can be divided into units as small as 3,000 s/f. The retail leasing brokers for Sea Girt Square are Helena Loelius and Edward Hughes from Sitar Realty Company.

Connecticut
Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company (CATIC) will relocate its headquarters to 4,140 s/f at Malkin Properties’ MerrittView. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building, represented the landlord along with Kimberly Zaccagnino, and Tara Long. The tenant was represented by John F. Dolan III and Jackie Pinyan-Durels, formerly of Colliers International CT LLC, and currently with McCall & Almy and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, respectively. The tenant will relocate to the fifth floor space for a seven-year and three-month lease term.

Colliers International announced that Ritchie Bros Auctioneers has leased 54 acres in Hooksett, New Hampshire. Biff Zoephel of Colliers International represented the lessor, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in the transaction.
