Real Estate start-up LandlordsNY.com partners with BuildingsNY, the largest real estate show in New York, to present the VIP Lounge at this year’s Expo April 24-25 at the Javits Center.
LandlordsNY.com is a virtual network exclusively for landlords and property managers in NY that provides resources to assist in running a successful business while allowing members to connect and learn from each other’s shared experiences and knowledge, all in one place.
Since its launch in September 2012 the rapidly growing network is quickly becoming a household name as the “go to” source for everything real estate related in New York. All of the site’s members are treated to exclusive VIP access at the upcoming BuildingsNY Show which includes express check-in, lunch and beverages, computer/wi-fi access in a private relaxing lounge atmosphere off of the show floor.
BuildingsNY is “the” community gathering for owners and managers who want to find solutions to lower their operating costs and build their profits. LandlordsNY is the newest partner to BuildingsNY along with other industry affiliates: ABO, SPONY, CHIP, NYARM, and BOMA.
LandlordsNY.com is described as a “social network connecting today’s generation of landlords and managers,” according to J’Nell Simmons, Director of Marketing.
“Until now, unless they had a large contact sphere in the industry – landlords and managers were left on their own, frustrated, trying to decipher to new laws/regulations, court procedures, tenant actions, the list goes on and on. That meant spending an abundance of time and energy trolling through multiple sources and paying experts for answers to quick, simple questions.” Simmons explains that out of this frustration came the idea that launched what is now LandlordsNY.com.
