CBRE Group, Inc. arranged a 4-year, 8,000 s/f retail sublease at 499 Broadway with European fashion maker Brandy Melville.
Amira Yunis, executive vice president, CBRE Retail, represented the sub-landlord, Swarovski, in the transaction.

“We are happy to provide Brandy Melville a new home on one of the best blocks in SoHo,” said Yunis. “They are a perfect tenant for the space and location.”
Alan Napack, senior director, Retail Services, Cushman and Wakefield, negotiated on behalf of the tenant. “This location allows Brandy Melville the expansion they’ve needed on a block that has given them proven success,” said Napack.
The space was previously occupied by the Swarovski’s CRYSTALLIZED concept store.
