On Tues., April 1, 2014, Weehawken Mayor Richard Turner was joined by Emanuel Stern, COO and President for Hartz Mountain Industries and councilmembers, to celebrate the opening of the Lincoln Harbor dog run which is open to all dogs and their humans from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. All four-legged guests were given doggie treats care of Estuary, Hartz Mountain’s 582-unit luxury rental community located next to the dog park.
