Citi Habitats held its annual Awards Ceremony at penthouse lounge 230 Fifth Avenue last week.

The event was hosted by president, Gary Malin, senior vice president and director of rentals, Gordon Golub and president and CEO of the Corcoran Group, Pamela Liebman.
Around 900 of the firm’s agents, employees and industry friends attended the celebration which honored top producers.
Tracie and Elizabeth Hamersley (The Hamersley Team) took home the awards for Top Team of the Year Companywide – Overall Production, Top Rental Team of the Year Companywide, and Top Sales Team Top Team of the Year Companywide.
Rado Varchola was tapped as Top Individual of the Year Companywide – Overall Production as well as Top Individual of the Year Companywide – Sales.
The award for Top Rental Individual of the Year Companywide went to Deacon Hoy, and Allan Gewurtz was named Rookie of the Year Companywide. The Rental and Sales Deals of the Year went to Gabriella Schaefer and Dalila Bella, respectively.

Additionally, Seth Hirschhorn was tapped as Senior Managing Director of the Year for sales, and Eric Hamm awarded the same in the rental category. The Citi Relocation office, led by Senior Managing Directors Luciane Serifovic and Seth Hirschhorn, and Manager Kenneth Wong, was also recognized as the Top Grossing Office Companywide.

For new developments, Nicole Paiva and Sabrina Dunn won the CHMG Rookie of the Year and Corporate MVP awards for their work at The Beatrice and 80 DeKalb respectively.
“Our management team felt it was important to take the time to celebrate our shared success, and acknowledge these outstanding individuals in front of their peers,” said Malin.
