President Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group announced the firm has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for seven different properties throughout New Jersey.
In Hackensack, Goldstein was appointed the leasing assignment at the Pathmark Shopping Center on Route 17.
The property currently has four units available immediately. Executive Vice President, Matthew P. Flath, and Director, Jesse Finkelstein are handling the property.
In Wayne, The Goldstein Group was appointed to lease a 5,000 s/f Free Standing Building, formerly occupied by Speedy Muffler, located on Route 46 West.
In Weehawken, The Goldstein Group is now handling Tower Plaza, a Pathmark anchored center, at 4100 Park Avenue.
In Kinnelon, the company represents Kinnelon Mall, a 101,635 s/f Neighborhood Center. The property currently has two units available.
In Ramsey, The Goldstein Group was assigned a 5,529 s/f end cap unit on the corner of Main Street and Church Street.
In West New York, Goldstein was appointed to handle The Shoppes at Riverwalk. The property currently has two units available, including an 8,000 square foot end cap overlooking the Hudson River.
And in Mt. Arlington, Goldstein is leasing at Plaza Shopping Center.
