
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has promoted Glen Kunofsky to executive vice president investments. The executive vice president investments designation is the highest level a Marcus & Millichap investment professional can attain, according to John J. Kerin, president and chief executive officer. Previously Kunofsky’s was a senior vice president investments.
“Glen’s promotion to executive vice president investments is a testament to his extensive knowledge of the net-lease market, his superior transaction expertise and his unwavering commitment to client service,” says Kerin. “His thorough understanding of sale-leaseback transactions and the depth of his net-leased asset disposition experience make him a tremendous resource for our retail investment clients.”
Kunofsky joined Marcus & Millichap in June 2001 and was promoted to senior vice president investments in August 2008. He is a senior director of the firm’s National Retail Group.
