Realtor Anthony Franzese is planning to cast a spell on the housing market later this month.
The owner of the Weichert Realtors – Franzese Group will host a Magic Day September 29 to celebrate the official grand opening of the agency’s new branch at 2671 86th Street in Brooklyn.
Doors will open from noon to 2 p.m. for the Saturday fete, with Franzese, general manager Kimberly Franzese and branch office manager Vince Blandino all on hand to welcome everyone.
Children of clients, friends and neighbors in attendance will be treated to a performance by a magician, and refreshments “Franzese style” will be served.
New York State Senator Marty Golden will officiate at the ribbon-cutting ceremony and officials from Weichert Real Estate Affiliates will also be on hand to celebrate.
Franzese said he is enthusiastic about “meeting growth demands as dictated by our sales team’s consistent hard work for the past five years since joining the best franchise organization in the industry.”
The company’s second office serves Gravesend, the Upper Bay streets and Coney Island.
