First Nationwide Title Agency, which launched with 12 professionals two-and-a-half years ago, is moving to bigger offices to accommodate is rapidly expanding staff.
The company now has a staff of more than 50, and a legal team comprised of a total of ten attorneys, and an experienced paralegal.

“Our attorneys anchor our business,” said Steven Napolitano, president of First Nationwide. “We’ve expanded the legal team not only to meet the growing demand from our clients as the commercial real estate market continues to thrive, but also to enable us to offer clients the most sophisticated advice possible from seasoned experts with many years of transactional experience.”
First Nationwide will more than double the size of its Uniondale, Long Island office. Following a build-out, the company will move into 14,048 s/f of space, on a portion of the 6th floor of the RXR Realty-owned building situated at 50 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard.
“Our new office space will exemplify the growing trend in the design of collaborative work areas, which encourage more communication, team work and idea sharing,” said Napolitano who added that additional features include a children’s playroom; a beautifully-designed event space where, among other things, CLE courses will be offered; six conference rooms; a state-of-the-art kitchen and a fitness center.
Dominic Morandi, Brian Weiss and Andrew R. Ricci are the most recent new attorneys to join the New York office. They follow the recent addition of Felix Tschanz. Mike Elkins is based in the company’s Austin, Texas office.
